April White Showers Confuse Flowers

Hanging their bright little heads, looks like the daffodils are not enjoying their blanket of snow.

The violets are in full bloom but the snow is deep enough they can't show their pretty faces. Wonder what the snow peas think that were planted last week ?

Michigan is looking a bit like North Dakota these days! The only difference is we don't yet have flowers to be covered in snow. :-) Seems a bit cruel, doesn't it?

At least the sheep had a couple of weeks to grow some wool so they were all okay; we sheared April Fool's Day ...think that might have been a clue this was coming.

I couldn't believe the snow yesterday! And these really cold temperatures are getting tiresome. I love winter but am ready for it to be April (or May) weather ;) I have two bottle lambs that I would really like to have back in the barn!

Cary, I suppose the thunderstorms yesterday washed away all your snow, too. It was a definite Garth Brooks eve/night here...the thunder rolled!
