Needle Felt Teddy Bear for Allegan Art Hop

Kris Allred, a customer from Hamilton Michigan, needle felted these miniature teddy bears to go to the Allegan Art Hop tonight. Each one is extremely well felted with movable legs and arms and glass bead eyes. Standing, they range in height from 5 to 7 inches.

My favorite is the grey one in the front right cause he is made from our lambs wool roving which gives him an almost textured fur look. They have such cute expressive faces and are such solid felt, hope I can sell them for her. The price is more than right.

That price is MORE than fair...it is downright thrifty! I know they'll sell quickly!

I agree with you about the price but this is her first foray of selling her art work and she is starting very conservatively.

Gorgeous teddys and I agree that the gray one in front is darling. The price is a steal and this is from a felter who walks away with massive injuries whenever a needle is nearby...that's why I stick to wet felting.

Good luck at your show.

Happy Fiber Arts Friday!ho

Andrea,
Thanks for the comment. I know she will appreciate them all.

I do understand the massive injuries part but I don't seem to find the facial expressions as easily or well as Kris has so stick to wet felting.
